使馆的回信——帮我分析一下^^

我是6月25递的材料，二签，北京的中介帮我递的，一直都没消息，23号我发Email向使馆查询，附上了我的姓名，出生日期，昨天使馆回复了，内容如下：（挺长）
Dear applicant
This is with reference to your recent e-mail.
Please be advised that we have made commitment to finalise, before
September, university degree program applications received before 1 July
2001 only.  Your application was received on 13 July. Therefore, it is
currently in queue, and we are unable to give you any further information on
your case.
Currently the processing time for student application is 4 months.
We kindly ask that you please be patient and we will contact you when it be
necessary.
Please be patient and keep your requests to a minimal, as we would rather
spend the time processing your application than answering questions
regarding the process.

我欲哭无泪呀！怎么变成7月13号了呢？我打电话向中介核实，答曰的确是6月25递的，怎么办呀，会不会是拒了？再说我不需要再体检了，处理时间本来就可以缩短，现在也该有结果了呀，大家快帮我分析一下吧，我要急死了


而且信末的语气好象有些不耐烦，嫌我打扰了他们的工作似的，死了死了
