Regard applying for the maple card, could you answer the followed questions:
1) Is it true that when I arrive the custom entry in Canada, the officer will ask me to fill some forms with a valid mailing address, and after how long the Immigration Office will send the maple card to the mailing address? In this case, I can leave the mailing address of my friend to Immigration Office and ask my friend send FedEx to China after he get my maplecard.
2) Or I can only apply for the maple card in Canada, and Immigraton Office will send me a letter with the instruction about how to pick up the maple card? In this case, I guess I must stay in Canada untill receive the instruction letter and pick it up by myself.
