我今天收到他们的回信，如下：
  This is an unofficial notification.  The Graduate Committee in
Economics at the University of Windsor has reviewed your application
materials and recommended to Graduate Studies and Research that you should
be admitted to the Masters I program (Masters qualifying; a two year
program) in September 2003 (the Fall semester).
  如果真地被录取，有没可能拿奖学金？
