地理位置方便，过马路就有Waitrose和Tesco Express，离South Kensington走路不到10分钟。走路15分钟到Kensington Palace and Hyde Park，走路20分钟到Kensington High Street。
入住时间灵活，从8月4日到9月8日之间均可。但合同从9月8日起，与中介直接签约，租期整一年。
