It is important that we have a complete and accurate record of your current studies. If there are any courses that you have taken or will be
taking prior to your admission to McGill that will not appear on the official transcript we will receive in support of your application, please provide
a list of those courses here. In particular, list any courses that you are intending to pursue in the summer prior to your expected
registration at McGill. If you require more space than that provided, please attach a clearly labelled sheet in addition to this form.
