Type of house : Town house(2 stories. 3 bedroom)

Fairly decent bedroom with a nice bed, a desk, book case, desk light and built-in closet.
                  
Living condition : Living with 3 other females  but having your own room.
                 ADSL2 internet available.
Share fee : $ 140 per week/per room per person
             ( including gas, electricity, water and Internet)
Bond fee: $520 (Month),
            Payment : fortnightly(every second week)
         
We are 3 Asian female students, one is a nursing student and another is a student now who used to be a teacher back in Korea. We are looking for a mature female share mate to share great experience and enjoying living together with us. We’d love to have share mate from different countries so that we can improve our English and learn other’s culture as well.
