Dear Sir/Mandam, I am not satisfied with your service and you over charge my phone call. my phone is 25 pounds including 500 mins free for every month. I didn't make phone calls more than 500 mins every month. But in last month, you overcharge all of my 0780 phones and in this month, you overcharge me more than 40pounds, and you can not give me a bill detail by internet? You broke our contract again and again. I hope you can explain your overcharge soon, or I will stop this 3 phone immediately and ask all my friends to stop using 3 phone, and contact my lower to proceed against your 3 company.

太无耻了,一个月我在500分钟免费时间内打的,都没有打020,0870的电话
居然收我40多镑,还查不到帐单,简直是抢劫,气死我了。要死不给我回复,我立刻中止给他付款!还得告他,起诉他,太无耻了
