但在UTS的Conditional Offer里第四页写着，如果想拿packaged offer，在拿到Insearch的eCOE后连同A$110的administration fee，寄回UTS，UTS就会给我。

我到底应该怎么办啊？
拿着我现在的UTS和Insearch两个分别的Offer递PVA可以吗？这样我会拿到VISA覆盖我的语言和硕士课程吗？
还是要先交了语言学校的学费，拿到eCOE，换了packaged offer才能递PVA？
