信中有一条要求“7.请证明你已经完成了你申请的学生签证具体类别所要求完成的学业。（申请574类的学生需提供学士毕业证书公证件）”，
我是2002年毕业的，所有证书的公证件已在申请时一齐递交了上去，那我现在还需要重新寄一次吗？
