I just came to Melbourne this weekend. And now I want to look for a unit near University of Melbourne. The requirement is following:
1. full furnitured ( at least have bed and table)
2. price below 100/week
3. have hot water, washing machine, ovens and other necessary facilities.
4. good and safe environment, which is easy to go to city ( not far away from train station or tram station)
