我早就收到了电子的 conditional offer 不需要读语言。但没有所谓的package offer
以下这段是南澳大学在给我的电子版conditional offer 来信中的内容，下面这段好像说不给我邮寄原件，是不是我在申请pva时，用电子版offer的复印件就行了？
（package offer是不是通过平信邮寄的conditional offer ＋语言offer我不太清楚！请告诉我）
