看到移民局网站上关于485 申请885的Note: Applicants who met the primary criteria primary for the grant of a Skilled – Graduate (subclass 485) visa can only apply as the primary applicant for a Skilled – Independent (Residence) (subclass 885) visa.
Applicants who were granted a Skilled - Graduate (subclass 485) visa for satisfying the secondary criteria cannot be the primary applicant for a Skilled – Independent (Residence) (subclass 885) visa.
我和女友都是09年7月MASTER 2年毕业，因为以前女友（会计专业）雅思成绩没有过，去年8月作为我的副申请人一起递了485. 当时还没有这个NOTE。现在她雅思过了，但也过了6个月，所以我们想等485下来后她做主申请人我做副申请人（因为50分专业，希望渺茫）申请885。但是现在这个NOTE 怎么办，是不是不能换了？怎么485和885有联系的吗？不是2个不同的VISA吗？
请问高手对策？万分感谢！
如果她单独一个人申请呢？是不是没有主副的问题？
如果都不行，是否可以换175呢？ 175 有没有类似NOTE呢？ 有人知道吗？
