Weekend Market Job Immedaitely Start Pay on the same day

Need one to three  female staff work on the Saturday and  Sunday Flea Market, working time from 4:30am in the morning to 1:30in the afternoon
Good pay rate (minimum $100 per day pay on the same day) + bonus (if you are a hard-working staff with passion )+Free Accommodations if can satisfy my expectation of this job

Requirement of this job:
*Must be a honest Person
*Good communication skills
*Willing to work hard (not playing around)
* No previous related work experience required
* Can speak reasonable English
* Have your own transport (car and license, not essential can be negotiated)

The job will involved load and unload goods from the vehicle, set up and pack up the goods, and other simple jobs including serve the customer
but really looking for a hard working staff  wish passion please
