发短信问了，只给了excl amt：1084$，其他的就没有说了啊，不会真的被扣吧，我这个月没干什么啊？？？况且我的银行卡里没那么多钱，他怎么扣呢？

PS：如果你英语足够好，可以直接打电话给客服，用很硬的态度说如果不给DISCOUNT就终止合约，宁愿付违约费，估计他们会给你打八折。
还有，回答你另外个问题，你银行卡里钱不够，他们照样可以扣钱，然后你的卡里的钱会变成负数，也就是欠债，欠银行钱，超过3个月会上黑名单

vodafone很恶心，按理说应该流量爆了以后马上就发短信过来提醒，我们却从来没收到过这种短信，直到超了几百块了，突然发条短信过来让你交钱，否则就停机，这样太恶心了，大家还是要留意一下自己的话费余额跟流量，收到天价账单不要慌，先把卡里的钱转出来，否则让他们扣去了再要回来就困难了。接下来再慢慢跟他们理论。
