Candidate Requirements:
Degree/Diploma/Certificate in Business Studies/International Business or related discipline desirable but not essential
Must have at least 3 years trading experience within the DAIRY/BEEF/POULTRY/SEAFOOD sectors
Strong commercial knowledge
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Self-motivated, ability to work under pressure and on own initiative
Results orientated
Organised and strategic planner
Flexible in terms of the business needs (trading in a new product line, travel, administration)
Responsibilities of Role:
Buying and selling of DAIRY/BEEF/POULTRY/SEAFOOD and other commodities
Ability to develop strong relationships with suppliers and customers
Making and maintaining direct communication with both Suppliers and Clients
Maintaining the paperwork associated with such trade
Travel to Clients premises and Trade Shows
