About the role
The role will involve:
1) Face to face and telephone customer service and sales
2) Participation in training and personal development sessions
3) General house-keeping activities
4) Adherence to Lesso Home safety and other policies
---In this role, you will be expected to find out the needs of the customer and then present them with a suitable solution. As such you will need to have a thorough understanding of the products and be willing to participate in regular training relating to our products and systems to ensure your knowledge is kept up to date.
---As our showroom operates 6-7 days per week, you may be required to work on weekends.

Responsibilities

Manage large amounts of incoming calls

Generate sales leads

Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction

Build sustainable relationship and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication

Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools

Meet personal/customer service team sales targets and call handling quotas

Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution. Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents

Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
