I have another overseas uni student as well who has been with me for 1yr now & you would share the bathroom/toilet with. The kitchen is shared by all of us even tho I live downstairs..I am the female owner of the 2story home.

There are 3 local shopping centres close by,10mins to each approximately. The bus/train is also 10 mins away. From there it is 15mins to Qut Herston uni & 25mins to city & universities.

I live in a beautiful hilly area which is quiet & has lots of native trees & bird life.
The room becomes available as my overseas student of the past 2yrs has finished her studies & has just returned back to China. We had developed a great relationship & I will miss her greatly.

Board is $130 week which includes power, water & wireless Internet. Plus travel to & from the train/bus when I am available which is often the case &  it is not far away & the girls liked to walk as its a beautiful walk along tree lined streets as you listen to the birds..
