我在UK的一个移民论坛上发现的消息:
Under the new Immigration and Refugee Protection Act you must meet the minimum points requirement (currently 67..anticipated by many practitioners to go up to 75-80 around fall) up to the point your immigrant visa is granted. If the minimum points go up before your application is processed (despite it being submitted) then it will be refused. Such retroactivity has been accepted by the courts as an acceptable tool by the government to meet its required immigration quotas. Applicants are deemed to have accepted such when submitting their application - it is pointed out in the application forms, the act and regulations thereof.
就是说不管在你递表时是什么pass分数，过不过以批准时当时的分数线为准。所以抓紧时间递表也无济于事。居业内人士说，今年秋季可能会是75分。
