教授来信说对我感兴趣，说：“ I would be willing to consider you for a graduate position (MSc) in my laboratory. “然后讲了一大堆他的研究方向内容，最后说：“I hope you will consider this offer. If you do have interest in this project, please let me know. “
这个说法是不是说他考虑给我个offer啦？如果是，是不是我还得有电话面试那关过了才行啊？
