先感谢大家啦，实在不知道该怎么办。所以来这里求救。
养老院manager不作为，压榨员工。本应每个shift三个护士，现在只给安排两个，不叫agency。美其名曰有xx空床，但是工作量只增不减。护工也通常不给排满。缺一个人都是很经常发生的。
想求有经验的护士同僚们指点一二，到哪里去反应这一类的情况。
现在大家都非常苦恼，manager根本不support，所有责任全部推给护士，不给足够的员工，还要声讨我们为什么工作完不成。大家通常不能按时下班，多留一到两小时都是很正常的。
