本人是UNISA 的学生（爱干净，安静），就读Master of Teaching, 想找一个宿友分担水电和网费。出租并不是为了赚钱。
公寓情况：2房，只住你和我，包家具（新购洗衣机，床单，书桌，衣柜，厨具--都是我个人的东西，我不介意share，珍惜用就好）
租金：190+share bills/week + 4 weeks 押金 （我个人是付中介6个月的押金）

要求：
安静（无派对+晚上十点以后能够保持安静），爱干净（e.g. 做完饭能够清理餐具和洗手盆，每周六打扫公共区域和房间，能够清理洗澡房的头发，上完厕所保持干净）
*因为教学需要，我每天早上会起的比较早，所以睡得也比较早，所以不能接受晚上10点还很吵很闹的宿友 （e.g. 打电话，外放音乐和电影, 跟朋友在客厅谈天说地）。

接受先住一个月磨合（合同先签一个月，志同道合可长期）。
