Infuse Bottling Company is a professional wine bottling company which can provide wine bottling, packaging, warehousing, dispatching, etc. Located in the northern suburbs of Adelaide, we are currently seeking reliable, experienced and self-motivated team members for our new automated Bottling facility. Reporting directly to the Operation Manager, as the desired candidate, you will be able to demonstrate high-level skills and experience in the following areas. Reliability and punctuality Following clear instructions Self-motivation Maintaining your work area to a high standard Safety and general working ethics Multi-tasking Meeting work targets Attention to detail and a sound operational knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite. Your duties will include but not be limited to: Organizing the administrative requirements for a production style business; Managing business phone and email inquiries; Bottling Scheduling; Preparing bottling quote and specification; Tracking bulk wine and dry goods; Coordinating between related bottling departments; Customer Service, etc. As the ideal candidate, you will have more than one year's recent experience within a similar field. Excellent computing, phone manner, and customer/client relation skills are a must. The ability to read, write and speak Mandarin Chinese as a first or second language will be highly regarded and advantageous within the role. Flexibility with regards to occasional overtime is an integral part of this role. The salary package for this full-time role is commensurate with experience.
