We are now lookingfor Administration The tasksfor this position include: Ø Management of number of information databases Ø Organization and scheduling of emails, document collating Ø Operate in a fast-paced environment where you will be able todevelop an extension range of experience Ø Prepare correspondence and provide administration support asrequired, including client database management and appointment setting Ø Adhoc duties as required
Requirements: Ø Ability to handle a large workload Ø Outstanding written and verbal communication skills Ø Intermediate to advanced Word and Excel skills Ø Ability to multi-task Ø Bilingual ability in Englishand Chinese (Must speak Chinese fluently)
