这是之前招室友的旧帖子 因为室友毕业回国 所以重新发上来
这个房子我从14年3月住到了现在 马上两年了
合同本来到16年的二月底 但由于室友毕业回国 现在想提前转租出去

跟中介签的合同 合同是 390 per/wk 有想整套take的可以跟我联系看房
不过需要到二月底之后了 因为二月底合同到期

现在大房间招短租 家具齐全 拎包入住
目前我住大房间 随时available 你明天住 我今天就可以搬出去
小房间租出去了 大房间 135 per/wk 全包
重新跟房东确认了下 只允许养猫 不能养狗

这是我和我男朋友刚刚take下来的房子
房东是老外 人超级nice 家里有什么设施有问题一反应马上就来修理 中国人的中介 也超级热情 帮忙解决各种问题

房子是2室1厅的unit 位置在norwood hoyts电影院对面的George st,  周围coles啊foodland啊神马的都齐全 步行两三分钟就好啦 ， 出门步行一分钟就是车站 norwood第九站嘛 到city 阿大南澳神马的最多15分钟

出租房间就自带超大衣柜 然后我们给配备基本家具
单双人都可以

房子可以养小型宠物的 小猫小泰迪之类的

床，书桌，大衣柜，都是最基本的家具啦。房间大小不好说，可以过来看房。
