En-suite, Studio or Granny flat near Flinders Medical Centre

I am currently looking for a fully furnished bedroom with own bathroom (En-suite). Preferably in suburbs like Bedford Park, St Marys, Pasadena, Clovelly Park, and Mitchell Park. Unlimited Internet. Prefer flatmates are females, tidy, quiet, and respectful of others' privacy. Strictly no smoking. Maximum number of people: 3-4. Stay till the beginning of December.
