押金是4周的房租
长短期均可，不固定时间，喜欢住可继续住，不想住1个月前通知我可以搬。

已经有情侣，所以单人优选。

关于bill,正常使用的话不会超过15奥比/1周 (其中电费是5奥比/1周）
空调，暖气等用高功率电的话会多点的

要求：
这是去年初才盖好的新房，非常干净。
所以希望招个爱干净的人士，生活习惯好点，容易相处的室友入住。
男女不限，本人是学生，学生优选，全职也行。
诚征不在房内抽烟，不养宠物。
符合要求愿意租房的可以约时间看房 。
