房屋情况：两房一厅，内有一厨一卫，家中家电齐全，冰箱，微波炉，热水壶，烤面包机，电饭煲，吸尘器，洗衣机，24小时热水，锅碗瓢盆等一应俱全，拎包即可入住。有中文卫星电视，大锅那种，不是网络的那种，信号棒棒哒，不会卡。门口path way停车，也可以和房东商量用车库，房东人很好，很好说话，而且经常做好吃的邀请房客一起吃

交通：门口719/720公车10-15分钟直达city

          走大概3-5分钟W90/W91公车10-15分钟到showground考场，考试时对于阿大和南澳学生很方便。

          也可以搭火车，Edwardstown下车

周边设施：往下走一点就是castle plaza shopping center，进城，去Chinatown都很方便，street尽头就是公园，无论健身，散步，包括带孩子游玩，bbq都是好选择

房间出租：一个双人房（queen bed）和一个单人房（single bed），带衣柜，书桌，椅子，空调（每个房间及饭厅都有独立空调）整租，不出租单间，价格310一周，share bill，如果租的时间长价格可以商量

一点点要求：

我们欢迎整洁，安静，易相处的朋友入住。虽然电费自理，但还是希望能节约能源，人不在就不要开空调之类的
No pet（笼养的可以和房东商量，鱼肯定没问题），no smoking（为了自己，吸烟有害身体健康）

现在的房客4月8号搬走，可以提前看房
