Who we are and who we look for: We are a neat and considerate Chinese mother and son, we welcome you to share the house with us and if you are interested in Chinese culture. We also welcome you to inspect the house and we are looking for someone who is also considerate and tidy.
Rental Cost: One Person in a room - $200 per week Two People in a room - $280 per week Three People in a room - $360 per week
House inspection is welcome
Conditions: No contract is required || One week leave notice needed if you decide to move out. || Information required from tenant - copy of passport or valid ID || Four weeks bond (Bond will be returned when departure is confirmed)
