rt，3室2厅2卫2车库 的新房 出租一间单人阳光大房配有Queen size的床。总共注满4个人。只和1名女生share 卫生间。所以最好是女生。家里还有一小狗狗toy puddle。不过狗狗只在客厅活动起居。不会影响到你。家里空间很多。自家院内停车位充足。流量充足，热水充足。来看了就知道了。。中央空调可分区控制方便的很，冰箱洗衣机都是1年多新。煤气的灶和煤气24小时热水。有雨水收集系统给厕所冲水。房子毕竟2010年新修的。还算比较新。除了卧室是地毯其他地方都是地砖很好打扫。tx只要爱打扫自己的房间就好。~无线流量网络。~应有尽有~前后院都很大。活动空间大~


坐车开车都很快捷，西边第5站， 开车5分钟进城。。因为在2条主路中间。Henley Beach Rd 和Sir Donald Bradman Drive 俗称机场路。所以做bus非常方便。而且附近有金塔亚洲超市。和woolworths， foodland ，subway。和各种商家。走路都5分钟内。车站第5站。到city 移民局门口5-8分钟。city有了公交线进城更快了。 开车直接south rd能拐到家门口路上。自驾也就3-5分钟到city west bp 或者shell 加油站，hungry jacks。






地址在cowra st, mile end.
附近住户都熟悉了。家家有狗。
而且邻居家的橙子树和核桃树经常供我们品尝。。。。。

单人大房，房间很大 放了Queen size床 书桌椅。中央空调。很多储物空间可供使用
