这个职位压力其实也蛮大的，比如说，今天的工作计划是10点钟混凝土公司的混凝土车要来浇灌混凝土，那么你就必须要在10点前按图纸要求挖好，长宽高地面水平等，都要在误差范围内。建筑earth moving允许的误差范围都很小，是个精细活，这个不是有证就能做到的，需要很长时间的练习积累。时间紧迫时，trainee都要被踢出来，让有经验的上。建筑几乎每道工序，都是另外一个contractor公司来做，所以老板不敢让你一个生手来耽误打乱了所有其他公司的工作计划的
