关于房屋租赁问题 求急解答

一开始房东说她的房子很安全 但是后来得知她家曾有人破门而入过  
所以我和我朋友就说那我们现在没办法租这里了
然后房东认为我们转了 BILL到我名下（电费和煤气费）  就等于是跟她有了协议  
而她拒绝了其他人来看房 所以现在找我们要两周的房租
但是我们根本没有交 bond金也没有签署任何合同
我想问问房东的要求是否合理
