依据澳大利亚法例，官方语言是用英文的！任可外文合约必须翻译为英文，才有法律的效力。卖家没有注册过，那么就只可以當作工具的买卖，並不是生意的转让了。生意並没有注册过，法律上是不可转让的！我不知道是什么生意性質，亦不知道买卖的價值，请提供多一点资料，然后再给你法律的意见！
