不严重的骨刺 保守治疗 中医啊 推拿啊，甚至西药涂抹啊都会有所缓解，如果是比较严重的骨刺，比如楼主经常 ...

中医推拿去哪里？您有推荐诊所吗？西药涂什么药啊？我去药店问没有看到合适的。。。

原来另外一只脚也这么疼过，国内检查说是骨刺，呵呵。
