帮妈妈申请PR的问题！！

可以到移民局申请8503条款的豁免，豁免理由可以是妈妈生病了需要照顾，或是妈妈无经济来源回中国也无法生存等的。 豁免8503条款后，就可以递交家庭团聚签证申请，在澳洲拿到BE合法等待审理结果了。
严谨的解释是，妈妈的676旅游签证在澳洲过期后，下一个过桥签证，或是有效签证才生效的。

现在还有家属团聚签证？麻烦问下签证类别是多少？现在不是要么是302（如果我没记错）排队移民，要么就是付费父母移民吗？
