感谢您百忙之中抽出时间的回复，也感谢您一直无私的服务阿德论坛。我的情况是这样的，前段时间开车在黄灯的时候行驶过马路，被警察pull over了。收到罚单后我觉得不服，申请了report review和judge review（or court review）请问过段时间要续签，不知道会不会影响无犯罪记录证明？求解，谢谢！

在这种情况下，警察是有理据给你罚单的。即使罚单上的日期写错了，也不足以构成你可以提出上诉的理据。
唯一你可以做的就是，找一位经验丰富的律师，做一份statutory declaration 宣誓书，详细描述有关当时的情况，以及加以法律上的理据。虽然警察执法给了你罚单，但是最终是否决定检控是由检控科的检控官决定的。一般的情况下，在黄灯的时候，你的车辆已经离开了停车白线，在安全的情况下，你是可以继续向前驾驶的。即使交通灯转了红灯，这也不是一个构成违例的罪证。
