请问郑大律师建房问题。房子合同上建房日期已经过了4个月了，房子还没建好

建筑商说还要等1个月
我看这种进度
再过一个月也建不好
我相信看了下合同
说是有天气，等等之类的原因，可以延缓建房。
但是别的房子都建好很久了
我的比原计划多出了快半年。。
