家里开的电源太多了，电压过高....  看看有没有oven的总电闸 有的话都关了，再等一下 再试试  如果还是不行的话 试试把家里的排气扇调低到一档用

什么电器都没用，灯和插座是分开的，我们还在睡觉，起来插座的闸就跳了，然后怎么合也合不上

检查所有插座，看是否有黑色或燃酌意味。有的话，看看插座上是否有异物引起短路。
检查保险，空气开关就是，是不是有怪味。
如果以上都没事，关闭总闸，五分钟后重启。

有兴趣的话可以看如下分析：经你叙述，你家至少两组分线路，一组是照明，一组电源。电源闸跳应该是该线路过载，准确地说是功率过大超过设计的额定数值，可能是因为接入了一个功率超大的电器或线路里接的电器过多，也可能是插座短路或接入的电器短路。
保险，空气开关，坏的可能很小。

刚才回家检查了，是因为烧水壶电路坏了引起的，谢谢回复
