我们一共6个unit  我们一家3口住unit2 拥有产权 unit 3-6 是一个房东 因为水费比较高 所以我们3房主按照每个unit现有的居住人口算了个百分比去付将来的水费   以前我们都是均摊，因为只有一个总表 但是unit1 的房东说她在过去的几年里多付了很多水费给其他的unit 因为她只有2个房客  现在她要追讨过去2年多付的水费。问题是我们根本弄不清unit 3-6 在这2年里到底住了多少人 因为他有4个uinit   他的房客换的很频繁 而且很多人住 短的只住1或2个月 长的大概半年 有的时侯同时2个unit都住5或6口人 白天还经常有很多教会的人来聚会 本来unit1 的房东对unit3-6的房东很有意见 因为他的房客很多 所以她要从他那讨回多付的水费 而上次开会 unit3-6 的房东拿出了一个他过去2年租客数量的单子 显示有时只住一个人 有时2个人 偶尔6个人 好像平均下来是2个人  然后他计算的结果是我需要付给 unit1 $200 多 他付给unit1 不到1刀   真的是老奸巨猾    前几天我气得根本无法静下心来做别的事情。现在unit1 房东说她找人弄了个公式 只要把每户的人口输进去 就可出结果 现在她在等着unit3-6的房东抱人口数。她只2人 我们一直住在这 有目共睹3个人 而unit3-6的房东只要报少些的人口数 那就只有我一户掏钱给unit1. 现在我没有unit3-6的房客数量记录 而他可以随便编造。 请教郑律师我可不可以拒绝付追讨的水费 因为以前没有协议  如果要付 怎样做结果才是公正的 敬请回复

那 3-6unit平时住多少人大家心里没数？！
合同上写的人数和实际住的人数能是一回事吗！

我觉得最好的办法就是既往不咎了，以前的事谁说得清楚啊。从现在开始按新的办法来。
