法律考试，relevant fact和issue没写扣分会不会很严重

法律答题一般要先写relevant fact和issue，但是我都没写，我直接写了相关法律条文，然后结合题目分析得出结果。这样会不会扣分很严重啊，好怕挂科

Did you apply the law to the fact though?
If you didn't summarise the fact but apply the law to the fact after you outlined the relevant legal principles, that should be fine. :-)
