先说明一下房子还在和中介联系 上一个备受大家喜欢的宅子被动作迅速的同志抢了去 我这个替大家伤心啊 不过我们追求好房的决心仍在啊！！！ 所以我又行动起来 这个要是没人抢 一切顺利 8月初/中旬可期待入住（ 所以各位同志们也别着急从本宅中搬出  倾向于询问谁有意向 然后我们可以商议细节 都不是板上钉钉的事情 要抱着可有可无的心态寻找最佳spot :D )
  
绝佳地理位置 好地段又可以享受tranquil/modern的生活环境 避免了城市的嘈杂！！！   
Right On Hallett Street 不知道的朋友们请看地图 出门直走5-8分钟就是King william St 和 City south tram 站 要是乘tram在城内各种免费 也方便 省了走路的辛苦 各种free 99c/bus/uni/tafe/shopping malls等等也均在步行范围内 !!!!



房子本身没得挑 就是看着舒服 空间也合理分布 满足日常所有家居需求 下有附图
基本家具齐全 Fully Equipped Kitchen 大型电器全部配备

Gas cooking/ stainless steel appliances 方便大家 解除做饭、laundry(独立洗衣房）担忧 同时也保证bills会在可控范围之内 大家一分担就没多少钱了 另有 reverse cycle air conditioner 高档卫浴设备 学习桌 床头柜 座灯 皮/棉麻沙发 电视 理石地 卧室地毯等等  就不一一赘述了


*个别小件如有需求可以添置 其实每个人家当也不少 譬如housemates之间有时候锅碗瓢盆都share一下用也未尝不可 买新的又不合算


介绍完基本情况 讲讲所谓意向合租 温馨两层复式小宅
两间主卧 一个浴室  两个卫生间（toilets) 一个洗衣间  一个乘凉院

主卧A upstairs 宽敞明亮且附带 Queensize Bed/ 实木家具 折叠窗 床头柜 壁柜 采光视角都十分棒 且有绝佳居住氛围 相比B A略大一丁丁点 不过不带工具精密测量 实质入住效果是完全一样


主卧B upstairs  基本情况与A相同 床头柜等家居用品一应俱全 且有独立密封效果良好的壁窗 采光度十足 房间都没什么二话 就是让人看的舒心且实用 简洁却富丽


#您若需要 地灯 壁饰等凸显格调 我们可一同前往IKEA购置  特殊注明 浴室和卫生间在两主卧之间 所以大家出入都方便 而且一楼也有卫生间 免去要queue的烦恼 而且该二层设有独立学习空间 备有书桌台灯等等相关设施 如果主卧内另需书桌 也可帮参考购置 都是为了大家住的舒心考虑。


价格！！！！
我是这么考虑的 既然都是主卧的模样 咱也就都当双人房来出租 这也不浪费资源
所以房子适合
Couple/ 熟悉的同性朋友（ 大家share就节约了很多钱嘛！！！！）/ 更注重personal space且不差钱的筒子

考虑两房屋基本无差别 所以价格也就一样 $250/pw( share的朋友也就是 $125pp/w) 如是 couple入住 就主动给房费减去$10 即 $240/pw 作为本人羡慕嫉妒且恭喜小情侣们的特惠 .

其余的水电网就share bills 您也知道一周大概也就$10-25 这个谁也不敢保证具体价位 如果大家都用的节省咱们都给自己省钱 （ 还有 住couple的话 两个主卧内的你们算两家 我自己算一家 所以我一个可以多给你们承担一点bills 我自己其实不在意bills这点小钱 只要您住的舒服）



在城里居住 这个价格 其实两个人一share卧室房费 还算蛮便宜的 !! 有时候找房子也就是图个睡觉/起居方便的安全干净温馨小宅 而且如果可以成功和中介签下 很多麻烦事情可以免去 至少我会帮你交涉如果您信得过我 （本人high school转 uni学生）而且希望不要短租一个月这样子 怪伤感情的 希望您能中长租 具体细节我们可以商榷等到房子拿到后
