由于现在室友将于10月底完成学业回国，特在此诚招一名善良和爱干净的女生与我继续share这个房子。房子由两个卧室，一个客厅，一个厨房和一个卫生间组成，fully furnished，虽然不是大房子，但是两个人住其实特别温馨，让人有家的感觉。 由于位于Glen Osmond Road, Cross Road, Portrush Road 和 free way 交叉的十字路口，交通十分方便，因此对于在阿大的North Terrace和Waite campus上学的同学都很适合。房东就住在隔壁的主楼里，因此我们既住的自由，有事需要找房东帮忙时也很方便，而且花园一直由房东打理得很漂亮。目前房东跟我们收的房租是$260/week包水，所以每人是每周$130，家里主要是用煤气，加上电气网费的话每人每周大概是$145，这个价位在这一区其实是相当实惠的，而且家具厨具全包了，不需另行添购。本人是在阿大Waite攻博的女生，性格比较亲和，在和现任室友一年的相处中，两人成为了非常非常要好的好朋友，因此在找寻下一任室友的同时，也真诚希望能找到又一个人生中的好朋友。欢迎感兴趣的童鞋尽快电话或qq联系我，谢谢大家的支持：）
