距离west beach 走路10分钟。富人区的环境没的说，没有陌生面孔，来来去去的都是附近的住户。
1分钟走到车站和shopping centre，公交J2 Stop 13c。距离city8公里，15到city,5分钟到harbor town.
房东老头非常Nice ,是一个土壤方面的科学家，新西兰人。房东阿姨是中国人。希望能找到爱干净的房客，房子里的家电厨具什么的全部可供使用，像自己的家一样。
房间宽敞明亮，配有双人床，写字间，嵌入式衣柜。客厅有空调，冬天房东提供heater.
房东房间有独立卫浴，和一个干净的男生share 一套卫浴。
家中有吉娃娃一只，超级乖，不闹人。前院也经常有附近的野鸭过来觅食，房东有喂它们。
房东打理花园，非常漂亮，后院有水果蔬菜等免费吃哈。

单人145全包（网络，水电煤气）半年以上合约140全包。
homestay的话240每周，周一到周五，早饭+晚饭，周六日3餐。阿姨做饭很好吃，中餐西餐都会。他们家的伙食标准也超高，绝对物超所值。
好房子机会不多，房东很爱和人聊天，而且因为太太是中国人，所以也会几个中文单词的。重点是他理解能力超强，应该是听习惯了中国人说英语，交流起来一点也不困难，而且他很愿意帮助留学生，改作业什么的找他都没问题。想练英语的抓紧了，绝好机会！！
