第一页是他手写，说是家具都完好，让我付钱参照后面的清洁账单。
后面的账单就搞笑了，盗用的是某大清洁公司logo， 日期居然写成3月10日的了（我7月7日退的房）。invoice number写的就是我房间号。gst感觉也是他自己订的，恰好10%。
当时我没发现这些漏洞，稀里糊涂付了一部分，得到了一个他手写的收据，清晰写明他要我付的数额还有我已经付的数额。最后他居然还警告我不要告诉别人，找清洁公司和公寓经理都没用，只把钱付给他。。。
这种情况诉诸法律算证据充分吗？ 另外，我房间确实脏了些，但总不能用个假帐单把我押金都扣成负的。
