南边好区Morphett Vale好房出租，位于安静的街道，环境优美，交通购物方便，出门走路5分钟到721路公交车第51站，坐721到Flinders University 只需要20分钟，也可以721一路车到CITY唐人街或者Runde Mall 。如果开车，因为中途经过南北高速，所以到CITY只要30分钟，去其它地方也比较方便。从家里出门走600米不到就是Woolworths Morphett Vale 超市，有中餐馆及众多商户，买菜购物非常方便，打工机会多。

现在只剩1个单人间出租，大约12平米，每周80澳，只能住一个人。有单人床，衣柜和1米8的大书桌及抽屉柜，每个房间通风和采光都挺好，都有中央空调的风口，是冷暖两用的大型中央空调，这样阿村炎热的夏天就不用怕啦！冬天也不用怕啦！要求爱清洁，不能在室内吸烟，share Bill，也就是水，电，煤气及宽带费用需要按人头分摊。

另有一个全新装修的2房1厅，独立门出入，带自己的卫生间，淋浴和洗手池，全新厨房，有单独的厨房及饭厅，单独使用的冰箱微波炉等电器，可以住一对情侣或者一对夫妇带1个小孩，出租价格面议。


宽带为TPG不限流量不降速的，可以随便下载电影和游戏，我自己有一个4TB的宽带网络存储器，上边装满了无数精彩
的美剧和电影（都是中英文字幕的），你可以通过自己的电脑直接点播，流畅观看！

目前整个房子有3个浴室，3个厕所，保证你内急的时候，不用排队，同时后院很大，晒衣服很方便，周末适合做BBQ。

厨房会放2个超大冰箱，2个微波炉，有2个独立的就餐区，新换的烧气煤灶带烤箱，新换的中式强排风抽油烟机，保证做饭干净无味道。橱柜也很多，做饭非常方便。

欢迎Flinders University 的同学，或者在南边工作，自己有车的朋友，住这里都是非常方便的。

因为地处街角，所以停车非常方便，院子里可以停6-8辆车，沿街边可以停4-6辆车，完全不用担心停车的问题。
