房子位于 南区，  hyde park 区。老牌富人区，  在anly rd 和 king william rd 两大商业街中间位置。 喜欢逛街的童鞋走路就5分钟就可到达。周围有   IGA，subway，domino pizza，coles，target，news agence，很多店，不一一列举。最总要的是还有 华人杂货店，大家就不必去city了。网络是tpg无限流量，因靠tpg exchange点只有800米距离，所以网络质量还不错。
所出租房间是该house中最大的一间，是个带书房的套间，queen大床。  house内双卫，双浴室。 租住该房间提供车位一个。无宠物。不与房东同住。老住户因回国所以出租该房间。

目前居住的全是女生，都是阿达和南澳大学学生，素质很高。

现招couple，或单人，如果两个要好的女同学来住也欢迎。
