我们即将毕业回国，现有一套两室一厅的unit打算整体转租，是和local中介harris直接签约。入住时间为3月25号左右。
可以住3个人，有一个大房间（2人）和一个小房间（1人）。

房子的地址是在： 34 north street, hectorville, sa 5073. 是一个两层unit的第二层。
交通极其便利，公交车178或179，到阿大校门口17分钟。从家步行到公交车站2-3分钟，阿大车站步行到学校0分钟。
我们在这里住了一年半，环境很好，到shopping center，Woolworth步行7分钟，非常方便。

房子内的水电煤气和网络都齐全，可以直接过户给你。这样你能节省300多刀的开通费。
家具齐全，我们购置了各种大小家具，包括冰箱，洗衣机，电视，微波炉，电磁炉，2张床，4个写字桌，一个饭桌，衣柜若干，椅子若干。现在这些家具一并转让给你，价格按市场价格商议，我们希望低价整体出售，省去麻烦。你也可以节省近200刀的家具搬家费用。

我们的合同是签到4月20号，因为签证到期所以打算提早回国。你可以和中介签半年或一年合约，我们可以作为你申请租房的reference。大房间会在3月25号空出，小房间是我们同学在住，可能要到毕业典礼后空出（4月20号左右）。
