步行10分钟 有Firle区的shopping center 包括coles, k-mart, hungry jacks 也有中国餐馆寿司店以及中国超市。
步行1分钟 到H31,H30 13站，公车 15分钟 到阿大门口。平均不到 15分钟 一班，白天公车比较频繁.

房子有点旧但很大，交通比较方便。无限流量  ＋室内／室外车位，上网 停车都够用，男生不太会烧饭所以厨房也不会太拥挤。
基本情况是这样的，都是留学生，不靠租房赚钱。价格挺公道的，同时租两间还可以便宜点。
