您好，宽带是TPG的49.99的plan，白天70G，晚上60G，用完流量以后也可以继续用不会有额外费用。隔间非常大，有的最多的就是阳光了：）

单人租可以便宜一些么。。

因为房子里住的都是爱干净的人，所以也会比较优先考虑单人，只是价格方面因为是master room，而且如果隔间不想租出去的话基本上还会有一个你自己的卫生间（其他人只是洗澡时会用到你的卫生间）。所以...欢迎来看房的时候再决定吧
