This is a 2 bedroom unit which includes lounge,kitchen,bathroom & laundry,air conditioner,car park.
There are no other tenants to share with, so both of you can take the whole unit which is private & quiet.
It is just off King William st (bus stop 5) at Unley with lots of shops,cafes & restaurants & facilities.
Convenient location,the previous tenant even ride bicycle to Uni.
If you are interested,call me on 0423275582 for an early inspection before it is leased to someone else.
