你好，根据现行的南澳州驾驶条例，中国的驾驶执照只适用于学生或旅游人士。任何人士在澳大利亚居住超过三个月或以上者，是有法律责任需要转成本地执照的。

如果你已经来了澳大利亚三年的话，你应该考取本地的驾驶执照，如果你依然使用国内的驾驶执照，一旦发生交通意外的话，在索偿方面是有很大的困难的。

谢谢郑律师的建议。我本来之前想着是拿学生签证和毕业生签证，等PR 批下来再考，现在我就去准备考这里的驾照。

只要不是PR ，或拿到PR未满3月的中国公民都可以用中国驾照（配翻译件）在南澳开车，不是只有学生和旅游人士才能。
